How Long Does it Take to Get the Order?

How do I make a return?

Do I get a refund for the Returned Products?

If you return a product within 40 days, then we either exchange or refund the order. The repair, return, or refund requests are considered valid only if they meet our return policy.

How do I report damaged or missing items?

Did you receive damaged items? Maybe you are missing a few items from your order. Report these issues, all missing or damaged items reports must be submitted within 14 days of the order delivery date.

Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?

If you have placed an order with us and it's not shipped yet then you can easily change your address in the “My Orders” tab. Orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours to 48 hours after the order has been placed.
