Return & Exchange

You can easily return or exchange any unwanted or unsuited items, products, or services up to 30 days after purchasing the same. There are conditions that the item, product, or service must not be used and should remain in their original condition inclusive of all the tags and labels remaining in the correct position. In the case of electronic gadgets like phones, tablets, laptops there must not remain any sort of personal data or manufacturer registration. Lastly, the buyer should have proof of purchasing such as any kind of delivery note or receipt.

We only exchange or return a product or an item if it matches with our terms and conditions. Apart from that, for any online or telephone purchase, we refund the standard delivery charge once the complete order is returned within 14 days. The returned objects are checked by our specialists.

If any of the product or item develops a fault within 40 days of purchase, then we generally exchange or refund it given that there are no security features enabled and all the personal data are removed. Once the timeline crosses 4s0 days, then we repair or replace the product under our global terms and conditions which are valid for any country.

For the purchases held at in-store or online, you can return those to any of our shop outlets. In specific cases of online purchases, you can label, package, and easily drop off the unwanted or undesired items and products in the given locations by us. For large appliances, you are enabled to return through our home collection services. Certain charges are applicable in it.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
